OUR POLICY IS VALID FOR 14 DAYS. IF THE ITEM WAS PURCHASED MORE THAN 41 DAYS AGO, UNFORTUNATELY, WE CANNOT OFFER A REFUND OR EXCHANGE.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain types of items cannot be returned. For example, perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. Similarly, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, flammable liquids, or gases.

Other non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@therizi.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

 

Product Delivery

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you notice any damage, please take photos for your records and contact us within 24 hours.

In such cases, you do not need to pay return shipping costs. We will cover the cost of returning the product.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how the package should be shipped. Returns without a prior request will not be accepted.

Returns will only be accepted if requested within 14 days of the customer receiving the products. If the return request is made after this period, the store reserves the right to refuse the return.

Return shipping costs will be covered by either the company or the customer, depending on the following criteria:

• If the reason for the return is due to the customer, they will be responsible for the shipping costs (the amount depends on the chosen carrier).
• If the reason is due to the company (wrong or damaged product), the customer will not have to pay for shipping.

In addition, the store commits to sending all tracking codes within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Only during the period between purchase confirmation and the issuance of the tracking code can the customer request changes to their order.
